Beth Jones

Account Coordinator

Beth provides account coordinating services for David W. Howington, D.M.D. Beth is a native of Georgia and has worked for Dr. Howington since May 2007. With 17+ years’ experience in this position, she has handled all aspects of front office, including patient accounts, receivables, payables & insurance. She feels very much “at home” in her position and looks forward too many more years with Dr. Howington and staff, her work family.

Beth married Greg in February 2016 and gained 2 awesome bonus kids, Garrett and Kaitlin. In September 2018 Garrett married Brittany, giving her 3 awesome bonus kids, which most definitely adds lots of blessings & joy to her & her dog Brox’s life.

Vicky Tovar

Receptionist (Fluent in English & Spanish)

Vicky Tovar is the front desk receptionist at Dr. Howington's office located in Moultrie, Georgia. She is the friendly face that will greet you when you arrive to the office. Vicky has experience working closely with patients. She enjoys helping them understand their dental needs, payments, schedules, and insurance plans.
She is bilingual, in English and Spanish, and serves as the practice translator as well. 
Vicky moved from Chicago a few years ago and enjoys the beautiful weather of the south. Vicky loves to go to the beach with her twin boys.

Will Mainor

Receptionist

Will is one of the friendly front office receptionists that plays a crucial role in the everyday operations of the office.  He is an avid baker that enjoys providing elegant desserts for birthday parties, weddings, and everyday events.  He is currently working toward an associates degree in dental hygiene.  

Charla Cobb

Registered Dental Hygienist

Charla is our registered dental hygienist who works closely with Dr. Howington. She graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has a servant’s heart and enjoys educating people of all ages about the importance of dental care. In her free time, she enjoys painting and participating in local arts and craft shows. She also likes to travel and attend baseball games with her husband, Jason, and their three adult kids: Caitlyn, Aidan, and Ty.

Amanda Burnette

Registered Dental Assistant

Amanda is a Registered Dental Assistant. She graduated from Albany Tech in 1999 with an Associates degree in Dental Assisting. She has worked chairside with Dr. Howington for over 20 years and plays a critical role on our team. Amanda is crossed-trained in every area of the office. Her positive attitude and quick wit makes her a patient favorite. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family especially her two daughters, Miley and Gracie, and her beautiful granddaughter, Ellie.

Lee Klipp

Certified Dental Assistant

Lee is a Certified Dental Assistant who obtained her certification from Accelerated Dental Academy in Macon, GA. She assists Dr. Howington chairside on a daily basis. She recently became certified to perform rubber cup prophys on children 12 and under. During her free time, she enjoys relaxing on the beach, kayaking, and spending time with her son, Mark.

Donna Mims

Dental Assistant

Donna is a Certified Dental Assistant who has been in the dental industry since 1995. She has countless certifications and an overwhelming amount of chairside experience. Donna has an amazing smile that lights up a room. She is quick to offer a helping hand and everyone loves Mrs. Donna. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and spoiling her grandbabies.

Anna Simon

Assistant (Fluent in English & Spanish)

Anna (Known to Doc as “ANA”) is our hygiene and sterilization assistant. She plays a critical role in the day to day operation ensuring that our office and equipment is clean and properly sterilized. Anna is bilingual and serves as one of our in-house translators for Spanish and American Sign Language. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for friends and spending time with her fiancé, Eric.
